Exchanges Policy

At Tyare, we want you to love your piece of elegance. While we are not currently accepting returns, we are happy to offer exchanges across any product in any range within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at Hello@tyare.com.au. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note, items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised pieces
